Creation Supplied was created to offer women simple, healthy, and 100% organic beauty products. Ingredients are simple and on every label.

When we are in the shower or just out of the shower, our pores and lungs are open and receptive to all of the chemicals and toxins we apply to our skin. There are vast amounts of information on this topic, but let me just leave you with one fact: the usage of the word “Fragrance” means that there are approximately 4,000 ingredients that could be added to a single product, and not one of them needs to be disclosed to you the consumer. Being aware of what goes on and into our bodies is essential to health and vitality.

 

Everyday:

  • Pause to feel gratitude for someone or something (maybe even for yourself)

  • Get up and move

  • Drink water

  • Breathe deeply and exhale slowly

  • Stop to smell the roses.... or maybe the lavender

A note about organic products:

  • Keep in mind coconut oil has a low melting point. Do not keep in your pants pocket or in a warm car.

  • Organic Deodorant may take a little getting used to. To start the product, apply right after a shower when your skin is still damp and warm.
